What we do

Additional skills availability

Astek Offshore offers a perfect solution if you are missing a few experienced and highly qualified technical experts, a specific skill for your team or if you need additional temporary project support and you don’t want to spend months recruiting. We will define and carefully select together the perfect profile and people to match your IT needs, project requirements and your team spirit. Our employees will work remotely, but as part of your team, under your management. Astek will take care of the rest.



Team leasing

If you need a team to work on your project with priorities including access to high performing specialists, fast ramp up and flexibility to adjust the size of the team to match fluctuating project needs, Astek Offshore is the way to go. We build teams of software developers and engineers based on the selection of skills that you need and the experience that will be the most effective on the project. The team will work on your project, under your management, supervised by our Team Leader.



Work packages

If you have a large set of various tasks to be accomplished, we are here to help. We will create together a service catalogue with the list of tasks and agreed workloads and time to deliver estimations. Our teams will be fulfilling the various tasks according to common priorities and KPIs. You will benefit from our commitments to quality and time delivery and Astek will monitor its performance to make sure those are fulfilled.



Managed Services

We build our services around your needs and the needs of your organization. We will throughfully define together the scope, SLA and conditions of the services to be delivered. Astek will ensure a successful result by taking responsibility for team selection, management and performance, allowing you to stay focus on your core business.
